Supporting disability inclusion with care and dignity
PLEO Reachout Foundation is a purpose-driven charitable organization committed to improving the lives of individuals living with disabilities and the families who support them. Inspired by a legacy of compassion, service, and advocacy, the foundation exists to create a more inclusive society where no one is left behind.
The name PLEO represents Peace Lugard Ejikeme Oti, a man remembered for his unwavering dedication to helping the vulnerable, the sick, and those often overlooked due to disability or social status. His life’s work laid the foundation for what PLEO Reachout continues today: reaching out with care, dignity, and impact.
We are dedicated to supporting disabled children and adults, especially within minority communities, by providing access to care, opportunities, and a supportive network that empowers them to live fulfilling lives.
We envision a world where people living with disabilities are fully included, supported, and empowered, regardless of their background, status, or circumstances.
We believe real change happens through community, collaboration, and compassion. That’s why we work closely with partners, families, and communities to build sustainable solutions that truly make a difference.
We believe that compassion is a force capable of transcending boundaries and transforming lives. By translating empathy into tangible actions, we strive to alleviate suffering and bring hope to those facing adversity.
