WHO WE ARE?

At Pleo Reachout Organisation CIC,
we are committed to uplifting the lives of caregivers and people living with disabilities. Our mission is to create a community where caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered to continue their selfless work.

We aim to shine a light on the challenges caregivers face, provide access to resources, and promote inclusion through our program Ability Matters MK. Together, we’re building a society where every caregiver is cared for and every person with a disability has the opportunity to thrive.

We envision a world where caregiving is shared, supported, and celebrated — a community where compassion leads to empowerment, and no one is left behind.

At PLEO Reachout Organisation CIC, we exist to inform, support, and uplift ethnic minority individuals living with disabilities in Milton Keynes and beyond. As a registered Community Interest Company in the United Kingdom, our mission is rooted in advocacy, inclusion, and celebration of ability.

We amplify voices, spotlight challenges, and foster open dialogue that leads to real, lasting change. Our work is driven by compassion, community engagement, and a commitment to equity in health, social care, and everyday life.
