Stientje Frouktje Marianne Beuker is a dedicated advocate for neurodiversity and the Representative Leader of Neurodivergent Not Naughty (NNN) in Milton Keynes. She is widely recognized for her commitment to supporting families navigating the realities of neurodivergence while championing a shift in how society understands behavioral differences.
Through her work, she promotes the perspective that neurological differences such as autism and ADHD are natural variations of the human mind that deserve respect and appropriate support. She has created a vital platform for parents and carers to share experiences and access practical strategies for managing everyday challenges with confidence.
Stientje is also deeply engaged in community education, raising awareness that behavior is often a form of communication rather than misconduct. Her efforts focus on ensuring neurodivergent children are protected from negative labeling and provided with inclusive environments. As a Guest Speaker at the Ability Matters Conference, she brings valuable lived experience to the conversation, bridging the gap between community advocacy and professional care systems to promote equity for all.
